  DDMom1 AS I mentioned - its a perfect device. The gyno we have fits perfect for >= 9yo. For younger diaper children, a device like the one you described is the best choice. Especially the mechanism to fold up the legs is wonderful, humiliating and extremely punishing.

  We have a gynecological chair as a diaper and hygiene station, but if you don't have the space for it, you can certainly professionalize the whole diaper training in this way.
